Four checks before anyone knocks on your gate.
Marketplaces in our market don't fail on features. They fail on trust. So every worker on JobSpotta earns their badges, and your money never sits with us.
Phone number
Confirmed with a one-time code on WhatsApp or SMS before anyone can hire or go live.
Bank account in their name
The name the bank returns has to match the profile. No match, no badge.
Government ID and selfie
Reviewed by a person on our team. If a photo isn't clear, we ask for a retake and say exactly why.
A guarantor
Someone who knows them confirms who they are, and our team calls to check.
Charged only when you confirm
We never hold your money. Your card is checked when you hire, the work is charged when you confirm it is done, and Paystack pays the worker directly.
Disputes, reviewed by people
If something goes wrong, the job freezes and our team reviews the evidence within 24 hours.
